In 2021-2022, I attended the Academy of Realist Art in Boston, seeking to improve and deepen my drawing skills. The school’s courses are modeled after 19th century French Atelier style teachings, and involved Bargue drawings, figure drawings, and various other intensive but highly rewarding studies.

These drawings were completed at the end of my three semesters at the school at a summer portrait workshop. This drawing was completed in 5 days (30 hours).
