Modular Typeface
Das Font is a modular typeface inspired by blackletter calligraphy. The above modules are based off of the strokes that were used to handwrite manuscripts of the Bible. However, I wanted to stray from the traditional rigid and decadent handwriting by emphasizing the stroke of the curve, making the resulting letterforms dynamic and wavy.
